Cempa Q's mission is to engage, educate and empower LGBTQ+ individuals through inclusive and affirming healthcare.
Cempa Q was established in 2020 as part of Cempa’s Working Groups Initiative that works together with our Prevention and Outreach teams to create fun events and educational initiatives in our community. Each group, including Cempa ACT & Cempa LOI, focuses on a different culture and community in the Chattanooga area.

LGBTQ+ Inclusive Primary Care Services
Cempa Community Care has expanded to become a community health center to help all people fight all illnesses. The Cempa Community Care Clinic offers a full range of services including nutritional counseling, mental health counseling, laboratory services, and health maintenance for preventative care.
PrEP Can Help Keep You Free From HIV.
PrEP, or Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis, is a therapy that can reduce the risk of acquiring HIV. PrEP medicines, when taken as prescribed, are over 99% effective at stopping the HIV Virus from establishing itself and reproducing inside your body.
