Current position:
I am the director of the People First Solution Center at TVA, which is a centralized function within the HR & Communications organization where the team of dedicated HR professionals work to meet the HR needs of the 10,000+ workforce. The People First Solution Center is the “heart and soul” of our organization where customer service, continuous improvement, and operational excellence thrive.
Professional Accomplishments/Honors Received:
I am a graduate of Leadership Chattanooga, class of 2021 which has allowed me a broader platform to engage and be active in our community. In addition, I have extensive experience in the nuclear industry and have served on numerous industry committees and evaluations to ensure we continually pursue performance excellence, which is a distinction that is limited to a select group of leaders. Lastly, I am a graduate of TVA’s 2017 Strategic Leadership Program which is a selective leadership development program reserved for the top talent in the company.
Family/ Hobbies & Interests:
My husband Jason and I have been married for over 13 years and we have 2 children – Jameson (son, 7) and Isla (daughter, 5). We love traveling and being on the water whenever possible, but most of all we enjoy the weekends for family time where we cook dinner and catch-up with one another. In my personal time I enjoy running and finding new recipes to teach my family a healthy lifestyle.
