Leading the way in care for People Living with HIV since 1986, Cempa Community Care (formerly Chattanooga CARES) was founded to provide social service advocacy, care, and assistance to those impacted by HIV/AIDS.

In 2002, we expanded our services to include a medical clinic to offer treatment and services specializing in Infectious Disease, in particular HIV. Today we offer a full range of specialty services in Infectious Disease treatment and care.
